ZM-G450 is a multi-functional mobile phone maintenance equipment, with the functions of removing battery cover, removing TP (including folding screen) and pressing. 01 – Disassembly Function Description
After the mobile phone is put in, press the buttons on both sides to start, the equipment will automatically perform left and right clamping, jacking, rear clamping actions, and complete the adsorption. If the adsorption fails, it will auto-alarm. The equipment equipped with a tension sensor to monitor the disassembly force,and the disassemble angle and speed can be adjusted.
02 – Pressing function description
After the phone is put in, press the buttons on both sides to start, the drawer will enter and starts to press. When the operation is completed, the drawer will pop up automatically. The press-fit drawer has an anti-pinch function, and the press-fit force can be set arbitrarily from 50N-1600N.
